Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Andina Infrastructure Solutions S.A.S. and Voltaje Pro Ingeniería Eléctrica Ltda. for the provision of Electrical Engineer professional services in Colombia Medellín.
- All work performed by the assigned Electrical Engineer must comply with the National Technical Standards (NTC) of Colombia, the electrical regulations of the city of Medellín, and the specific requirements outlined in the attached technical annex.
- The vendor shall assign a licensed Electrical Engineer (registered with the Colombian professional registry – CCL) as the primary point of contact and technical authority for all deliverables under this Purchase Order.
- Service delivery is expected to commence within 10 business days of written acceptance of this Purchase Order. All on-site activities shall take place at the project location in Colombia Medellín, Barrio El Poblado, during standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
- Payment shall be processed in Colombian Pesos (COP) via bank transfer within 30 calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice and approved deliverable. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco de la República.
- The vendor is responsible for all professional liability insurance, occupational risk coverage (ARL), and any permits required to perform Electrical Engineer services in the municipality of Medellín, Colombia.
- Any changes in scope, additional Electrical Engineer hours, or modifications to the project timeline must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before execution.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial law of Colombia. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through the competent courts of Colombia Medellín, Antioquia.
- The vendor warrants that all Electrical Engineer deliverables, including designs, calculations, and reports, shall be original, free of intellectual property infringement, and suitable for submission to the relevant regulatory bodies in Colombia Medellín.
- This Purchase Order is valid for 30 calendar days from the issue date. Failure to accept within this period shall render this document null and void.
