This Purchase Order is issued by Meridian Infrastructure Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to engage the services of a qualified Electrical Engineer for the design, review, and commissioning of electrical infrastructure at our new manufacturing facility located in the Peenya Industrial Area, India Bangalore. The Electrical Engineer shall be responsible for all aspects of the electrical scope as detailed below.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Meridian Infrastructure Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and the named Electrical Engineer upon signature by both parties. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Indian Electricity Act, 2003, IS/IEC standards, and applicable regulations of the Karnataka Electricity Board.
- The Electrical Engineer shall commence work within five (5) business days of the date of this Purchase Order and shall complete all deliverables within the stipulated timeline of twelve (12) weeks from the commencement date.
- Payment shall be made in three (3) milestones: 30% upon acceptance of design documents, 40% upon completion of site supervision and commissioning, and 30% upon delivery of final as-built documentation. All payments shall be processed via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account specified by the Electrical Engineer.
- The Electrical Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of INR 50,00,000 for the duration of the engagement. A copy of the insurance certificate shall be submitted prior to commencement of work.
- All intellectual property, drawings, calculations, and documentation produced under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of Meridian Infrastructure Solutions Pvt. Ltd. upon full payment.
- The Electrical Engineer shall comply with all safety regulations applicable to industrial electrical work in India Bangalore, including but not limited to the Factories Act, 1948, and the Karnataka Industrial Safety and Health Rules.
- Any variation or change in scope must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties. No additional charges shall be accepted without prior written authorization from the Buyer.
- In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through arbitration in India Bangalore in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be India Bangalore, Karnataka.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of India. The jurisdiction of courts in India Bangalore shall apply for any legal proceedings arising from this engagement.
- The Electrical Engineer warrants that all designs and specifications shall comply with the latest editions of IS 3046, IS 732, IS 16429, and IEC 61439 standards. Non-compliance shall render the Electrical Engineer liable for rework at their own cost.
