This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Nakheel Engineering & Infrastructure Solutions Co. Ltd. to procure the professional services of a qualified Electrical Engineer for the duration of the Jeddah Coastal Development Phase II project. The Electrical Engineer shall be engaged to perform comprehensive electrical design, system integration, load analysis, and compliance verification in accordance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC), the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) regulations, and all applicable municipal bylaws governing the city of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The scope of work for the Electrical Engineer under this Purchase Order includes, but is not limited to: the preparation of detailed electrical schematics and single-line diagrams for residential and commercial towers; the design of low-voltage and high-voltage distribution systems; the specification of switchgear, transformers, and backup power generation units; the coordination of fire alarm and emergency lighting systems; the review of all electrical installations for compliance with the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) requirements; and the provision of on-site supervision at the project location in the Al-Shati and Al-Rawdah districts of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon signature by both authorized representatives. All services shall be rendered in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and shall comply with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Electrical Engineer assigned under this Purchase Order must hold a valid professional license issued by the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) and possess a minimum of ten (10) years of documented experience in large-scale commercial and residential electrical infrastructure projects within the Kingdom.
The Supplier shall ensure that the Electrical Engineer maintains all required professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of SAR 5,000,000 for the entire duration of the engagement in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in a Saudi Arabian commercial bank, within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-JED-00482).
The Electrical Engineer shall submit weekly progress reports to the Buyer's Project Director and shall attend all scheduled coordination meetings at the project site in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, no fewer than three (3) times per week.
Any variation or amendment to the scope of work defined in this Purchase Order must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before execution. No additional charges shall be incurred without prior written approval.
The Supplier warrants that all deliverables produced by the Electrical Engineer shall be free from defects, fully compliant with the Saudi Building Code, and suitable for submission to the Jeddah Municipality and the Saudi Electricity Company for approval and connection.
In the event of breach of this Purchase Order by either party, the non-breaching party shall be entitled to terminate the agreement upon fourteen (14) days' written notice. The Supplier shall be liable for any direct losses incurred by the Buyer as a result of the Electrical Engineer's negligence or non-performance.
All intellectual property rights in the design documents, schematics, and engineering reports produced under this Purchase Order shall vest exclusively in the Buyer upon full payment of the Grand Total amount.
This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved through arbitration in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA).

The Electrical Engineer shall commence on-site duties at the project location in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, no later than 1 July 2025. The Supplier shall provide the Buyer with the Electrical Engineer's full professional credentials, SCE license copy, and a detailed work plan within five (5) business days of the issue date of this Purchase Order.
