This Purchase Order is issued by Gulf Electrical Solutions LLC to procure the professional services of a qualified Electrical Engineer for the design, review, and commissioning of the low-voltage and medium-voltage electrical infrastructure for the Al Maktoum Commercial Tower project located in United Arab Emirates Dubai. The Electrical Engineer shall be responsible for all aspects of electrical system design in compliance with the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) regulations, the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards, and the UAE Civil Defence requirements. The scope includes but is not limited to: load calculations, single-line diagram preparation, cable sizing, switchgear specification, lighting design, power distribution layout, earthing and lightning protection design, and coordination with DEWA for grid connection approval. The Electrical Engineer must hold a valid professional license issued by the Dubai Municipality and possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in commercial and industrial electrical projects within the United Arab Emirates Dubai region.

This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates Dubai and the UAE Federal Commercial Transactions Law. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
The Electrical Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must maintain valid professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of AED 2,000,000 throughout the duration of the contract. Proof of insurance must be submitted prior to commencing work.
All deliverables produced by the Electrical Engineer shall be the exclusive property of Gulf Electrical Solutions LLC upon full payment. Intellectual property rights to design documents, calculations, and reports transfer to the buyer upon final settlement.
The supplier shall ensure that the Electrical Engineer complies with all health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable in United Arab Emirates Dubai, including but not limited to the requirements of the Dubai Municipality and the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified by the supplier. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (GES-2025-00472) to be processed. Late payments beyond the Net 30-day term shall accrue interest at 2% per month.
The supplier warrants that the Electrical Engineer assigned to this project holds a valid Class A Electrical Engineer license from the Dubai Municipality and is registered with the UAE Council of Engineers. Any substitution of the assigned Electrical Engineer requires prior written approval from the buyer.
This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to accept within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
All work performed under this Purchase Order must adhere to the project schedule agreed upon in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Delays exceeding five (5) working days without written justification may result in a penalty of AED 2,500 per day.
The supplier shall provide a comprehensive warranty of twelve (12) months on all design deliverables. Any design errors discovered within the warranty period shall be rectified at no additional cost to the buyer.
This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the procurement of Electrical Engineer services for the referenced project and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
