This Purchase Order is issued by Kabul Infrastructure Development Authority to PowerTech Electrical Solutions LLC for the provision of comprehensive Electrician services at the KIDA administrative and residential complex located in Afghanistan Kabul. The contracted Electrician and his team of certified technicians shall perform all electrical installation, repair, maintenance, and safety inspection work as detailed in the line items below. All work must comply with the national electrical code of Afghanistan and the safety standards mandated by the Ministry of Energy and Water for the Afghanistan Kabul region.

5.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller upon signature by both parties. The Seller acknowledges that all Electrician services described herein shall be performed at the designated site in Afghanistan Kabul and shall not be subcontracted without prior written consent from the Buyer.
5.2 The contracted Electrician must hold a valid license issued by the Ministry of Energy and Water of Afghanistan and must carry professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of USD 100,000 for the duration of the project in Afghanistan Kabul.
5.3 All materials and equipment supplied under this Purchase Order must be new, of commercial grade, and compliant with IEC standards. The Seller shall provide material data sheets and warranties for all installed components.
5.4 The Buyer reserves the right to inspect the work at any stage. Any non-conforming work identified by the Buyer's site engineer must be rectified by the Electrician team at no additional cost within 5 working days.
5.5 Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 50% upon completion of all installation work and successful commissioning, and 20% upon final acceptance after a 30-day defect liability period. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Seller's account in Afghanistan Kabul.
5.6 The Seller shall adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to electrical work in Afghanistan Kabul. A site safety plan must be submitted to the Buyer before commencement of work.
5.7 Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Afghan Commercial Arbitration Law, with the seat of arbitration in Afghanistan Kabul.
5.8 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-mandated shutdowns in Afghanistan Kabul, either party may suspend performance without penalty, provided written notice is given within 48 hours.
Note: This Purchase Order is valid only when signed and stamped by both the authorized representative of the Buyer and the Chief Electrician / Business Owner of the Seller. A copy of the signed document must be retained by both parties for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with Afghan commercial record-keeping regulations.For and on behalf of the Buyer:
