This Purchase Order is issued by Sharda Infrastructure & Development Pvt. Ltd. to VoltEdge Electrical Solutions LLP for the provision of comprehensive Electrician services at the corporate office premises located in India New Delhi. The scope encompasses complete electrical wiring, panel installation, lighting systems, safety compliance, and ongoing maintenance as detailed in the line items below. All work shall be executed in strict accordance with the Indian Electricity Act, 2003, the Delhi Electricity Rules, and the applicable Building and Construction Codes of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. The Electrician and all subordinate technicians assigned to this Purchase Order must hold valid licenses issued by the Delhi Electricity Board (BSES / Tata Power Delhi Distribution) and possess a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in commercial and industrial electrical installations within India New Delhi.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of India and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
2. The Electrician service provider (VoltEdge Electrical Solutions LLP) shall ensure that all personnel deployed at the India New Delhi site are properly licensed, insured, and equipped with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as mandated by the Factories Act, 1948, and the Delhi Shops and Establishments Act.
3. All materials supplied under this Purchase Order shall be of ISI-certified or equivalent quality. The Electrician shall provide material test certificates and manufacturer warranties for all components installed.
4. The project timeline for completion of all installation works (Line Items 1–6) shall not exceed forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. The annual maintenance contract (Line Item 7) shall commence upon successful commissioning and sign-off.
5. Payment shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account specified by the Electrician service provider within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid GST tax invoice and a signed completion certificate from the Purchasing Party's site engineer.
6. The Electrician shall bear full responsibility for any damage to existing infrastructure, property, or third-party assets caused during the execution of works under this Purchase Order. A performance security of 5% of the total Purchase Order value shall be furnished as a Bank Guarantee in favour of the Purchasing Party.
7. The Electrician service provider shall comply with all environmental, health, and safety regulations applicable in India New Delhi, including waste disposal of electrical materials as per CPCB guidelines.
8. This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written consent of both parties. No verbal modifications shall be considered valid.
9. The Electrician shall maintain a minimum of two (2) qualified electricians on-site during working hours (09:00 to 18:00 IST, Monday to Saturday) for the duration of the installation phase.
10. Upon completion, the Electrician shall submit as-built drawings, test reports, warranty documents, and a comprehensive operation & maintenance manual to the Purchasing Party within seven (7) working days.
