This Purchase Order is issued by Tehran Metropolitan Facilities Management Co., Ltd. to engage the services of a licensed Electrician and electrical engineering team for the comprehensive electrical installation, inspection, and maintenance of the commercial building located in Iran Tehran. All prices are quoted in Iranian Rial (IRR) and are inclusive of all materials, labor, tools, and transportation within the city of Iran Tehran. Any work outside the Tehran metropolitan area will be subject to a separate surcharge as agreed in writing.
5.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Electrician supplier upon signature by both authorized representatives. The Electrician shall commence work no later than 5 business days following written confirmation of this Purchase Order.
5.2 The Electrician contractor guarantees that all personnel assigned to this project in Iran Tehran shall hold valid electrical trade licenses issued by the relevant Iranian authority and shall maintain comprehensive liability insurance coverage throughout the duration of the contract.
5.3 All electrical materials, cables, fixtures, and components to be supplied under this Purchase Order must meet or exceed the standards set by the Standard and Quality Organization of Iran (SQOI). The Electrician shall provide material certification documents upon request.
5.4 The Electrician shall adhere to all occupational health and safety regulations as enforced by the Labor Organization of Iran. Any violation resulting in a work stoppage by the Iran Tehran municipal authorities shall be at the sole cost and responsibility of the Electrician contractor.
5.5 Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% upon commencement of work, 50% upon completion of installation and prior to final inspection, and 20% upon successful commissioning and delivery of the compliance certificate. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified by the Electrician.
5.6 The warranty period for all work performed by the Electrician under this Purchase Order shall be a minimum of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance. During this period, the Electrician shall rectify any defects or failures at no additional cost to the Buyer.
5.7 In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Iran Tehran in accordance with the Civil Procedure Code of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
5.8 The Electrician shall not subcontract any portion of the work without prior written consent from the Buyer. Any approved subcontractor shall be bound by the same terms and conditions as stated in this Purchase Order.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the Electrician services to be performed in Iran Tehran. This document is issued in two (2) original copies, one for each party.
