The Electrician shall commence work on 1 July 2025 and complete all installation and commissioning activities no later than 29 August 2025. The annual maintenance contract (Item 6) shall take effect upon final acceptance of all installation work. 5. Failure to respond within this period shall be construed as acceptance.
- Compliance with Regulations: The Electrician warrants that all work performed under this Purchase Order shall comply with the Italian Electrical Code (CEI 64-8), D.M. 37/2008, the local building code of the Comune di Napoli, and all applicable safety standards in Italy Naples. The Electrician shall obtain and submit all required permits, certifications, and the Dichiarazione di Conformità (DoC) upon completion.
- Warranty: The Electrician provides a minimum 24-month warranty on all labor and 36-month warranty on all supplied materials and equipment. Any defects discovered during the warranty period shall be remedied by the Electrician at no additional cost to the buyer.
- Payment: Payment shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the account specified by the Electrician within 30 days of receipt of a valid invoice.
