This Purchase Order is issued by Almaty Commercial Development Group LLP to engage a licensed and certified Electrician team for the complete electrical installation, inspection, and commissioning of the newly constructed multi-story commercial building located at 78 Satpayev Street, Kazakhstan Almaty. The Electrician contractor shall perform all work in strict compliance with the national electrical codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the local building regulations of Almaty city, and the technical specifications outlined in Annex A of this Purchase Order.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to: main electrical panel installation, three-phase power distribution wiring, emergency lighting systems, fire alarm electrical integration, HVAC electrical connections, data and communication cabling infrastructure, and final load testing of all circuits. All materials and components must meet the GOST and IEC standards applicable in Kazakhstan Almaty.

The Electrician contractor shall mobilize all personnel and equipment to the project site in Kazakhstan Almaty no later than 21 June 2025. The full scope of electrical installation work must be completed by 15 September 2025. All materials and components referenced in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the Almaty site no later than 10 business days prior to the scheduled installation date. The contractor is responsible for all logistics, storage, and on-site handling within the Kazakhstan Almaty metropolitan area.
Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. The payment schedule is as follows:
- 30% Advance Payment (KZT 22,284,000) — due within 10 business days of Purchase Order acceptance and signing.
- 40% Progress Payment (KZT 29,712,000) — due upon completion of wiring and panel installation, subject to inspection by the Buyer's site engineer.
- 25% Completion Payment (KZT 18,570,000) — due upon successful commissioning, final load testing, and issuance of the as-built documentation.
- 5% Retention (KZT 3,714,000) — released 90 days after final acceptance, provided no defects are identified during the warranty period.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and applicable commercial legislation. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Almaty, Kazakhstan Almaty, in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Center of the Astana International Financial Centre.
- The Electrician contractor must hold a valid electrical installation license issued by the relevant authority in Kazakhstan and must employ only certified electricians with current professional qualifications for all work performed on this project.
- All work must comply with the SNiP (Building Codes and Norms) standards of Kazakhstan and the specific electrical safety regulations enforced in the city of Almaty. The contractor shall bear full responsibility for any non-compliance identified during municipal inspections.
- The supplier warrants all materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of final acceptance. Any defects discovered within this warranty period shall be rectified by the Electrician contractor at no additional cost to the Buyer.
- The contractor shall maintain comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all personnel operating on the Kazakhstan Almaty site throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
- Time is of the essence. For each calendar day of delay beyond the agreed completion date, the contractor shall pay liquidated damages of 0.1% of the total contract value per day, up to a maximum of 10% of the total contract value.
- This Purchase Order may only be amended in writing, signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal modifications are not binding.
- The contractor shall provide weekly progress reports to the Buyer's project manager, detailing completed Electrician tasks, upcoming milestones, and any material or logistical issues affecting the schedule in Kazakhstan Almaty.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of Electrician services in Kazakhstan Almaty. This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement upon execution by both authorized signatories.
