This Purchase Order authorizes the contracted Electrician to perform comprehensive electrical installation, inspection, and maintenance services at the Savanna Heights Commercial Complex located in Kenya Nairobi. The Electrician shall ensure all work complies with the Kenya Electricity Act (Cap. 154), the Nairobi City County Building Regulations, and the East African Power and Lighting (EAPL) standards.

4.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Electrician service provider for the execution of all electrical works described herein at the designated site in Kenya Nairobi.
4.2 The Electrician shall mobilize all personnel, tools, and materials within five (5) business days of receiving written confirmation of this Purchase Order. Work shall commence no later than 23 June 2025.
4.3 All electrical installations must comply with the Kenya Electricity Act, the Nairobi City County Government building by-laws, and the East African Power and Lighting (EAPL) connection standards. The Electrician is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits from the Nairobi City County Electrical Inspectorate prior to commencing work.
4.4 The Electrician shall provide a minimum of two (2) years' warranty on all labour and workmanship, and shall honor manufacturer warranties on all supplied equipment and materials.
4.5 Payment shall be made in three (3) milestones: 30% upon commencement, 40% upon completion of installation, and 30% upon final inspection, certification, and handover. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified by the Electrician.
4.6 The Electrician shall maintain valid professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance with a minimum cover of KES 50,000,000 throughout the duration of the project in Kenya Nairobi.
4.7 Any variation or change order to the scope of work must be documented in writing and signed by both parties before additional work is undertaken. This Purchase Order shall be amended accordingly.
4.8 In the event of dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation in Kenya Nairobi. Should mediation fail, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration Act of Kenya.
4.9 The Electrician shall adhere to all occupational health and safety regulations as enforced by the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) and the Occupational Safety and Health Authority (OSHA) of Kenya.
NOTE: This Purchase Order is subject to approval by the Board of Directors of Savanna Heights Commercial Properties Ltd. No work shall commence until written confirmation is issued. The Electrician must present valid KEBS electrical contractor license and professional registration with the Engineering Board of Kenya prior to site access in Kenya Nairobi. 5.
