This Purchase Order is issued by Capital Infrastructure Development Co. (Pvt.) The selected Electrician shall be responsible for all aspects of electrical work as detailed below, ensuring full compliance with the Pakistan Electricity Rules, NEPRA regulations, and the local by-laws enforced by the Islamabad Electric Power Company (IEPC) and the Directorate of Town & Planning (DTP), Islamabad.

- The Electrician shall hold a valid license issued by the relevant authority in Pakistan Islamabad and shall present a copy of the NEPRA registration certificate before commencing any work on-site.
- All electrical materials used under this Purchase Order shall be of approved brands (Schneider Electric, ABB, or equivalent) and shall comply with the Pakistan Standards and Quality Control (PSQCA) requirements.
- The Electrician is responsible for providing all necessary tools, testing equipment, and safety gear. Work must adhere to the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards applicable in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Advance payment of 30% shall be released upon signing of this Purchase Order and submission of a performance bank guarantee from a national bank in Islamabad.
- Mid-progress payment of 50% shall be disbursed upon completion of internal wiring and panel installation, subject to inspection by the Buyer's site engineer.
- Final payment of 20% shall be released after successful commissioning, load testing, and issuance of a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) from IEPC Islamabad.
- The Electrician shall provide a warranty of no less than two (2) years on all labor and workmanship performed under this Purchase Order. Material warranty shall be as per manufacturer's terms.
- Any delay beyond the stipulated completion date of 30 July 2025 shall attract a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
- The Electrician shall obtain all necessary permits and approvals from the Directorate of Town & Planning (DTP), Islamabad, and the local municipal authority before initiating any external electrical connections.
- This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Islamabad under the Arbitration Act, 1940.
- The Electrician shall maintain adequate third-party liability insurance covering a minimum of PKR 5,000,000 for the duration of the project in Pakistan Islamabad.
