This Purchase Order is issued by Karachi Heights Development Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd. to engage the services of a licensed and certified Electrician through Sindh Volt Electrical Services (Pvt.) Ltd. for the complete electrical installation, wiring, and commissioning of a residential commercial complex located in the DHA Phase 6 area of Pakistan Karachi. The Electrician and his team shall be responsible for all aspects of electrical work including but not limited to: main distribution board installation, sub-circuit wiring, lighting fixtures, socket outlets, air conditioning point wiring, fire alarm system cabling, emergency generator connections, and final load testing. All work must comply with the Pakistan Electrical and Electronic Engineering Council (PEECC) standards and the local Karachi Electric Supply Corporation (KESC) regulations governing electrical installations in Pakistan Karachi.

3.1 Delivery & Commencement: The Electrician and his team shall commence work on-site in Pakistan Karachi no later than 25 June 2025. All materials listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the project site within 10 working days of the order date.
3.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% advance upon signing of this Purchase Order, 50% upon completion of wiring and fixture installation, and the remaining 20% upon successful final commissioning and submission of the as-built electrical drawings. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Sindh Volt Electrical Services (Pvt.) Ltd. at HBL Bank, Saddar Branch, Karachi.
3.3 Quality & Compliance: The Electrician shall ensure that all workmanship and materials meet the standards prescribed by the Pakistan Electrical and Electronic Engineering Council (PEECC) and the Karachi Electric Supply Corporation (KESC). All copper conductors must carry the KESC approval mark. Non-compliant materials will be rejected at the supplier's cost.
3.4 Warranty: The Electrician provides a warranty of 24 months on all labour work and 12 months on all installed electrical components (excluding consumables). Any defects arising within the warranty period shall be rectified by the Electrician at no additional cost to the Purchasing Party.
3.5 Safety & Insurance: The Electrician shall maintain valid workmen's compensation insurance and shall ensure all personnel working in Pakistan Karachi comply with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines. The supplier shall indemnify the Purchasing Party against any claims arising from the Electrician's negligence.
3.6 Penalties: In the event of delay beyond the agreed completion date (15 August 2025), a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay shall be deducted from the final payment, up to a maximum of 10%.
3.7 Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Sindh, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940.
3.8 Cancellation: Either party may cancel this Purchase Order with 14 days' written notice. In the event of cancellation by the Purchasing Party after work has commenced, the Electrician shall be compensated for materials procured and labour expended up to the date of cancellation.
Note: This Purchase Order is valid only for the project site located in DHA Phase 6, Pakistan Karachi. The Electrician must present a valid PEECC license and KESC registration certificate before commencing any electrical work on-site.
