This Purchase Order is issued by Andina Electrical Solutions S.A.C. to ElectroPerú Servicios Eléctricos E.I.R.L. for the provision of comprehensive Electrician services at the Torre Empresarial Miraflores building located in the Miraflores district of Lima, Peru. The Electrician is responsible for ensuring that all work meets the safety standards established by the Superintendencia Nacional de los Bienes Estatales (SUNEDU) and the electrical safety protocols mandated by the Peruvian regulatory framework for commercial buildings in Lima.

5.1 The Electrician contractor shall provide all labor, tools, testing equipment, and safety gear necessary to complete the work described in this Purchase Order. All materials specified in the line items shall be sourced from approved suppliers registered in Lima, Peru, and must carry valid Peruvian certification marks.
5.2 The Electrician must maintain valid professional liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage (Seguro de Vida y Accidentes – SBA) for all personnel working on-site in Lima throughout the duration of this contract.
5.3 Work shall be performed in accordance with the Peruvian National Electrical Regulation (RNE E.070), the Lima Metropolitan Municipal Building Code, and all directives issued by the Ministry of Energy and Mines (MINEM) of Peru. The Electrician is solely responsible for obtaining any additional permits required by the Municipalidad de Miraflores prior to commencing work.
5.4 The Electrician shall submit a detailed project schedule within five (5) business days of accepting this Purchase Order. Any delays attributable to the contractor shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total contract value per calendar day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
5.5 Payment shall be made in three (3) milestones: 30% upon commencement of work, 40% upon completion of installation work (floors 3–7 and main panel), and 30% upon final inspection sign-off and delivery of the electrical compliance certificate from the Lima municipal authority.
5.6 All invoices must be issued in accordance with Peruvian tax law (SUNAT regulations) and must include the contractor's RUC, IGV breakdown, and a reference to this Purchase Order number (AL-2025-00472).
5.7 The Electrician warrants all work for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance. Any defects discovered within this warranty period shall be remediated at no additional cost to the purchaser.
5.8 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lima, Peru, in accordance with the rules of the Centro de Arbitraje y Conciliación de la Cámara de Comercio de Lima.
The Electrician shall enforce strict occupational health and safety protocols on-site, in compliance with Peruvian Law No. 29783 (Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo) and its implementing regulations. All electricians and technicians working at the Lima site must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including insulated gloves, safety helmets, and arc-flash protective clothing. A designated safety officer from the Electrician's team must be present at all times during active electrical work. The contractor shall conduct daily toolbox talks and maintain a site safety log accessible to the purchaser's project manager.
This Purchase Order becomes effective upon written acceptance by both parties. The Electrician contractor's acceptance constitutes full agreement to all terms, conditions, pricing, and scope of work outlined herein. No modifications to this Purchase Order shall be valid unless executed in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both Andina Electrical Solutions S.A.C. and ElectroPerú Servicios Eléctricos E.I.R.L.
