1. SCOPE OF WORK – ELECTRICIAN SERVICESThis Purchase Order is issued by Al-Nakheel Construction & Facilities Management Co. Ltd. to engage the services of a licensed and certified Electrician for the comprehensive electrical installation, inspection, and commissioning works at the King Fahd Road Residential Complex, located in the Al Olaya District of Saudi Arabia Riyadh. The Electrician and all supporting personnel shall perform all duties in strict compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC), the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) regulations, and all applicable municipal bylaws governing electrical installations in the Riyadh metropolitan area. The scope of work encompasses the full design review, material procurement, wiring, panel installation, grounding, and final testing of all electrical systems within the designated premises.

- Compliance with Saudi Arabia Riyadh Regulations: The Electrician shall ensure that all work performed under this Purchase Order complies fully with the Saudi Building Code (SBC 401), the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) technical standards, and the Riyadh Municipality building and electrical permits. All necessary permits and inspections shall be coordinated by the Electrician at no additional cost to the Buyer.
- Licensing and Qualifications: The Electrician, Eng. Faisal Al-Harbi, and all subordinate electricians assigned to this project must hold valid licenses issued by the Saudi Ministry of Energy. Copies of all licenses shall be submitted to the Buyer prior to commencing work on site in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- Work Schedule: All electrical works shall commence no later than 20 June 2025 and shall be completed, tested, and certified by 30 July 2025. The Electrician shall provide a detailed work schedule within five (5) business days of this Purchase Order's acceptance.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 30% upon commencement of work, 40% upon completion of wiring and panel installation, and 30% upon final SEC inspection approval and handover. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Electrician's designated account in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- Warranty: The Electrician shall provide a minimum two (2) year warranty on all labor and workmanship. Material warranties shall be as specified by the respective manufacturers. Any defects discovered during the warranty period shall be rectified by the Electrician within fourteen (14) days of written notice.
- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): The Electrician shall adhere to all HSE protocols mandated by the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. All personnel working on site in Saudi Arabia Riyadh must wear appropriate PPE and hold valid Iqama (residency) documents.
- Insurance: The Electrician shall maintain comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for the duration of the project, with a minimum coverage of SAR 5,000,000.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within ten (10) calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to accept within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the Electrician services to be delivered in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. This document constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Vendor upon execution by both authorized signatories.
