This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Nile Construction & Infrastructure Services Co. to engage a licensed Electrician and electrical contracting firm for the complete electrical installation, wiring, and commissioning of the Al-Amir Residential Complex located in North Omdurman, Sudan Khartoum. The Electrician shall provide all labour, tools, testing equipment, and the following materials as specified below. All work must comply with the Sudanese National Electrical Code (SNEC) and the standards set forth by the Sudan Electric Power Company (SEPCO) operating in the Sudan Khartoum region.

Important Note: The Electrician shall ensure that all materials procured under this Purchase Order are new, of CE or equivalent international certification, and suitable for the climatic conditions of Sudan Khartoum, including high ambient temperatures and dust exposure. The Electrician is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits from the Khartoum State Municipality and SEPCO prior to commencing any live electrical work.Terms and Conditions of This Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Al-Nile Construction & Infrastructure Services Co. (hereinafter "the Buyer") and Khartoum Power & Electrical Solutions Ltd. (hereinafter "the Electrician") for the electrical works described herein in Sudan Khartoum.
- The Electrician shall commence work within five (5) business days of receiving the 30% advance payment and shall complete all installation and commissioning by 15 August 2025.
- All work performed by the Electrician must adhere to the Sudanese National Electrical Code, IEC 60364 standards, and any additional requirements imposed by the Sudan Electric Power Company for the Sudan Khartoum service area.
- The Electrician shall provide a minimum two-year warranty on all labour and workmanship, and shall honour manufacturer warranties on all supplied materials and equipment.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Electrician's designated account at Bank of Khartoum, Sudan Khartoum branch, within fourteen (14) days of invoice submission and milestone verification.
- The Electrician shall maintain adequate public liability insurance (minimum 5,000,000 SDG) and workers' compensation coverage for all personnel on site throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
- Any variation or change order to the scope of work must be agreed in writing by both parties prior to execution. No additional charges will be accepted without a signed amendment to this Purchase Order.
- In the event of default or failure to meet the completion deadline, the Electrician shall be liable for a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
- This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Sudan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Khartoum, Sudan Khartoum, in accordance with the Sudan Arbitration Act.
- The Electrician shall submit a final as-built electrical drawing package and a comprehensive commissioning report to the Buyer upon project completion.
