This Purchase Order is issued by Manchester Electrical Services Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Purchaser") to North West Certified Electrician Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Electrician" or "Contractor") for the provision of comprehensive electrical installation, inspection, and maintenance services at the premises located at 230 Oxford Road, Manchester, United Kingdom. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between both parties upon signature and acceptance, and all work shall be carried out in strict compliance with the IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671:2018+A2:2022), the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989, and all applicable local authority requirements for the City of Manchester, United Kingdom.

4.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manchester, United Kingdom.
4.2 The Electrician warrants that all work performed under this Purchase Order shall be carried out by fully qualified and NICEIC-registered electricians holding valid City & Guilds 2391/2392 qualifications. The Electrician shall provide proof of professional indemnity insurance (minimum £5,000,000) and public liability insurance (minimum £10,000,000) prior to commencing any work on site.
4.3 All materials and equipment supplied by the Electrician shall be new, of first quality, and fully compliant with UKCA/CE marking requirements as applicable in the United Kingdom. The Electrician shall provide all relevant manufacturer warranties and certificates of conformity.
4.4 The Electrician shall comply with all Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 requirements, the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, and all Manchester City Council building control regulations. A Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) must be submitted to the Purchaser no fewer than 5 working days before the commencement of works.
4.5 Payment shall be made by BACS transfer to the Electrician's nominated bank account within 30 calendar days of receipt of a valid VAT invoice. The Purchaser reserves the right to withhold 10% of the total Purchase Order value until all works are completed, inspected, and a final Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC) has been issued and accepted.
4.6 The Electrician shall not subcontract any portion of the work specified in this Purchase Order without the prior written consent of the Purchaser. Any approved subcontractor shall be bound by the same terms and conditions as set out herein.
4.7 The Electrician shall maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times. All waste materials, including electrical waste, shall be disposed of in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and Manchester City Council waste management guidelines.
4.8 Any variation to the scope of work under this Purchase Order must be agreed in writing by both parties prior to execution. No additional charges will be accepted for work not explicitly authorised in writing by the Purchaser's authorised representative.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set out in this Purchase Order. This Purchase Order shall remain valid until the expiry date stated above, after which it shall lapse unless renewed in writing by both parties.
