This Purchase Order is issued to the above-named Electrician, Shona Electrical Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, for the comprehensive electrical installation, rewiring, and maintenance of the Harare Commercial Properties office complex located at 12 Samora Machel Avenue, Harare, Zimbabwe. The Electrician shall provide all labour, tools, testing equipment, and certified materials necessary to complete the scope of work described below in full compliance with the Zimbabwe Electricity Regulatory Authority (ZERA) standards and the Zimbabwe National Building Code.

5.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Harare Commercial Properties (Pvt) Ltd and the Electrician, Shona Electrical Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, for the electrical works described herein. All work shall be performed in and around the Harare, Zimbabwe premises specified above.
5.2 The Electrician warrants that all work shall be carried out by fully qualified and ZERA-registered electricians. The Electrician shall maintain valid professional indemnity insurance of not less than USD 250,000 for the duration of the contract.
5.3 Payment shall be made in three (3) instalments: 30% upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of items 1–4, and 30% upon final inspection, ZERA certification, and handover. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Electrician's designated account in Zimbabwe.
5.4 The Electrician shall comply with all applicable laws of Zimbabwe, including the Electricity Act [Chapter 13:24], the Occupational Safety and Health Act, and all municipal by-laws of the City of Harare.
5.5 Any variation to the scope of work must be approved in writing by the Purchaser before execution. The Electrician shall submit a written variation request with revised pricing at least five (5) working days before the proposed change.
5.6 The Electrician shall provide a twelve (12) month defect liability period from the date of final certification. During this period, any electrical faults arising from workmanship or material defects shall be rectified by the Electrician at no additional cost.
5.7 The Electrician shall remove all waste materials, offcuts, and packaging from the Zimbabwe Harare site daily. The site must be left in a clean and safe condition at the end of each working day.
5.8 In the event of non-compliance or failure to meet the required completion date, the Purchaser reserves the right to withhold payment and/or terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days' written notice.
5.9 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the Arbitration Act [Chapter 7:15].
