This Purchase Order is issued by Afghan Technical Services & Consultancy (ATSC) to procure the professional services of a qualified Electronics Engineer for a twelve-month contract period. - This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between ATSC and GEESL upon signature by both authorized representatives. All terms herein shall govern the engagement of the Electronics Engineer in Afghanistan Kabul.
- The Electronics Engineer must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution, possess at least eight (8) years of progressive professional experience, and demonstrate proficiency in embedded systems, RF design, and industrial PLC programming.
- Payment shall be made in monthly installments via wire transfer to the vendor's designated bank account. The first payment is due within fifteen (15) business days of the Electronics Engineer's confirmed arrival and onboarding at the Afghanistan Kabul site.
- The vendor (GEESL) is responsible for all recruitment, background verification, and pre-deployment medical screening of the Electronics Engineer prior to arrival in Afghanistan Kabul.
- ATSC shall provide secure accommodation, daily meals, and a dedicated workstation for the Electronics Engineer at the Technical Campus in Afghanistan Kabul. The vendor shall supply all specialized electronic tools and test equipment listed in Item 04 of this Purchase Order.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, ATSC shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date, plus a pro-rata portion of the airfare and visa costs.
- All work performed by the Electronics Engineer in Afghanistan Kabul shall comply with the applicable regulations of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of Afghanistan and local building and electrical safety codes.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within thirty (30) days of the issue date. Failure to accept within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
