- This Purchase Order is issued by Dhaka Electronics & Technology Solutions Ltd. for the procurement of professional-grade electronic test equipment, tools, and components specifically designated for the use of our in-house Electronics Engineer. All items listed herein are to be delivered to our facility located in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- The supplier shall ensure that all equipment and components conform to the specifications stated in this Purchase Order. Any deviation in model, specification, or quality must be communicated in writing to the buyer at least five (5) business days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
- Delivery of all items under this Purchase Order shall be completed no later than 30 June 2025 at the designated address in Bangladesh Dhaka. The supplier is responsible for all packaging, insurance, and transit risk until the items are received and signed for by the Electronics Engineer or an authorized representative at the Bangladesh Dhaka facility.
- Payment shall be made in two installments: fifty percent (50%) as an advance payment within seven (7) working days of the acceptance of this Purchase Order, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) within fourteen (14) working days of successful delivery, inspection, and calibration of all items by the Electronics Engineer.
- All equipment shall carry a minimum manufacturer's warranty of two (2) years. The supplier shall provide on-site warranty service within Bangladesh Dhaka within forty-eight (48) hours of a defect report filed by the Electronics Engineer.
- The supplier shall provide complete technical documentation, user manuals, calibration certificates, and software licenses (where applicable) in English for each item. The Electronics Engineer shall be provided with a one-day on-site training session for all major instruments upon delivery.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Bangladesh Arbitration Act, 2001.
- The supplier acknowledges that the items procured under this Purchase Order are intended for professional R&D and production use by a qualified Electronics Engineer. The supplier warrants that all components are new, unused, and free from any prior defects or modifications.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or supply chain disruptions affecting Bangladesh Dhaka, shall extend the delivery deadline proportionally, subject to written notification within three (3) business days.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties. No modification or amendment to this Purchase Order shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both the buyer and the supplier.
