Scope of Work & Line ItemsThis Purchase Order is issued by Accra Tech Solutions Ltd. to engage the services of a qualified Electronics Engineer for the design, prototyping, testing, and commissioning of industrial control systems for our manufacturing facility located in the Tema Industrial Area, Ghana Accra Metropolitan Region. The Electronics Engineer shall be responsible for all technical deliverables outlined below, in accordance with Ghana Standards Authority (GSA) regulations and applicable international engineering standards.

Terms and Conditions1. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) equal instalments: 40% upon execution of this Purchase Order, 40% upon successful commissioning and acceptance of all deliverables, and 20% upon completion of the 12-month support period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account at Ecobank Ghana, Accra branch. The Electronics Engineer shall provide a valid tax invoice for each instalment in compliance with the Ghana Revenue Authority requirements.
2. Commencement and Delivery: The Electronics Engineer shall commence work no later than 01 July 2025 at the project site in the Tema Industrial Area, Ghana Accra. All physical deliverables, including PCB assemblies and control panels, shall be delivered to the client's premises in Accra within the timelines specified in the attached project schedule. Delays exceeding fourteen (14) calendar days without written justification shall attract a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay.
3. Qualifications and Compliance: The Electronics Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering from a recognised institution, valid professional registration with the Engineering Council of Ghana, and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant industrial experience. All work shall comply with the Ghana Standards Authority (GSA) codes, the Energy Commission of Ghana regulations, and applicable IEC standards.
4. Intellectual Property: All designs, schematics, firmware, and documentation produced under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of Accra Tech Solutions Ltd. upon full payment. The Electronics Engineer shall not reproduce, distribute, or utilise any proprietary materials for third-party projects without prior written consent.
5. Insurance and Liability: The Electronics Engineer shall maintain comprehensive professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance with a minimum cover of GHS 2,000,000 for the duration of the contract. The vendor shall be liable for any damage to equipment, property, or personnel arising from negligence or non-compliance with safety protocols at the Ghana Accra project site.
6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination for convenience, the Electronics Engineer shall be compensated for all work completed and materials procured up to the date of termination, less any applicable deductions.
7. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising herefrom shall be resolved through arbitration in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1998 (Act 562).
Authorisation and AcceptanceBy signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and scope of work outlined in this Purchase Order. This document constitutes a binding agreement between Accra Tech Solutions Ltd. and the Electronics Engineer for the services described herein, to be executed in Ghana Accra.
