Description of Purchase – Environmental Engineer Services
This Purchase Order is issued by Alexandria Environmental Solutions Co. to procure the professional services of a qualified Environmental Engineer to be deployed at our operational facilities in Egypt Alexandria. The Environmental Engineer shall be responsible for conducting comprehensive environmental impact assessments, managing waste treatment systems, ensuring compliance with the Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency (EEAA) regulations, and overseeing all sustainability initiatives across our Alexandria-based industrial sites. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: designing and monitoring air quality control systems, managing wastewater treatment infrastructure along the Alexandria coastline, conducting soil contamination surveys in the industrial zones of Alexandria, preparing monthly environmental compliance reports, and coordinating with local municipal authorities in Egypt Alexandria regarding permit renewals and environmental inspections.

Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months commencing July 1, 2025, and is subject to annual review by Alexandria Environmental Solutions Co.
- The Environmental Engineer(s) engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid professional license issued by the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate and possess a minimum of eight (8) years of documented experience in environmental engineering within Egypt, with specific expertise in the Alexandria region.
- All services rendered by the Environmental Engineer shall comply with the laws and regulations of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including but not limited to Law No. 4 of 1994 concerning the Protection of the Environment and its amendments, as well as all directives issued by the Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency (EEAA) applicable to Egypt Alexandria.
- The Environmental Engineer shall report directly to the Project Director at our Alexandria headquarters and shall attend all scheduled environmental review meetings held at the Alexandria municipal offices.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of a valid invoice. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-AESC-2025-0047) and include the vendor's Egyptian tax registration number.
- The vendor shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EGP 5,000,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order, specifically covering environmental engineering activities conducted in Egypt Alexandria.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Environmental Engineer shall complete all outstanding compliance reports and deliver all project documentation to Alexandria Environmental Solutions Co.
- All intellectual property, reports, assessments, and data generated by the Environmental Engineer in the course of fulfilling this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive property of Alexandria Environmental Solutions Co.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Alexandria, Egypt, in accordance with the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Center.
