This Purchase Order is issued by GreenScape Environmental Solutions, Inc. to formally procure the professional services of a licensed Environmental Engineer to be deployed and stationed in Philippines Manila for the duration of the Metro Manila Water Quality Assessment and Remediation Project. The Environmental Engineer shall be responsible for conducting comprehensive environmental impact assessments, water quality monitoring, air emission surveys, and soil contamination analysis across designated sites within the National Capital Region (NCR), specifically in the cities of Manila, Quezon City, Makati, and Pasig.

The Environmental Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties within the Philippines Manila operational area:
- Conduct baseline environmental surveys and establish reference data for all project sites in Metro Manila.
- Prepare and submit a comprehensive Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report in compliance with Presidential Decree No. 1586 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
- Coordinate with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) Region V, and the Manila Water District for regulatory approvals.
- Perform quarterly water quality testing at 12 monitoring stations along the Pasig River, Marikina River, and Manila Bay shoreline within Philippines Manila.
- Develop a Remediation Action Plan for identified contamination hotspots, including cost estimates and implementation timelines.
- Submit monthly progress reports to the Project Director no later than the 5th business day of each month.
- Attend all scheduled stakeholder meetings, community consultations, and regulatory hearings as required by the project schedule.
4.1 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of a valid invoice and corresponding deliverable acceptance. Payment shall be via bank transfer to the account designated by TerraNova Environmental Consulting Group, Inc. All payments are subject to applicable Philippine withholding taxes as mandated by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
4.2 Commencement and Duration: The Environmental Engineer shall commence duties on or before July 1, 2025, in Philippines Manila. The contract period shall be six (6) months, extendable by mutual written agreement for an additional three (3) months.
4.3 Professional Licensure: The Environmental Engineer must maintain a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license throughout the entire contract period. Lapse of licensure shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this Purchase Order.
4.4 Compliance: All work performed by the Environmental Engineer shall comply with Philippine environmental laws, including the Philippine Environmental Impact Statement System (PEISS), the Clean Air Act (RA 8749), the Clean Water Act (RA 9275), and the Ecological Solid Waste Management Act (RA 9003).
4.5 Confidentiality: The Environmental Engineer shall treat all project data, site information, and client records as strictly confidential. Disclosure to third parties without written consent from GreenScape Environmental Solutions, Inc. is prohibited.
4.6 Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of material breach, termination may be effected with seven (7) days notice.
4.7 Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Manila, Philippines, in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).
This Purchase Order constitutes a formal and binding procurement document. By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined herein regarding the engagement of the Environmental Engineer for the Philippines Manila project.
