- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon signature by both parties. All terms herein shall be governed by the laws of the French Republic, with jurisdiction vested in the Tribunal de Commerce de France Lyon.
- The Film Director shall comply with all applicable French labor regulations, including those set forth by the Code du Travail, and shall maintain full professional liability insurance coverage throughout the duration of the engagement in France Lyon.
