Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by Abuja Cinematic Productions Ltd., a company duly registered in Nigeria, and is binding upon acceptance by the Film Director, Mr. Chukwuma O. Adeyemi, or his authorised representative.
- All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be performed in accordance with the Nigerian Film and Video Censors Board (NFVCB) regulations and all applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, particularly those governing the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
- The Film Director shall maintain full creative authority over the artistic direction of the production while adhering to the approved budget, schedule, and creative brief outlined in the attached production agreement.
- Payment shall be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Film Director within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. The Purchase Order number PO-ABJ-2025-0047 must be referenced on all invoices.
- All deliverables, including but not limited to the director's cut, promotional materials, and behind-the-scenes footage, shall be the exclusive intellectual property of Abuja Cinematic Productions Ltd. upon full payment.
- The Film Director is required to be physically present in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria, for a minimum of twenty-five (25) consecutive shooting days. Any absence exceeding two (2) days without prior written approval from the Production Manager shall result in a deduction of 5% of the daily rate per day absent.
- This Purchase Order is subject to the general terms of the Nigerian Contracts Act, Cap C23, LFN 2004. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, LFN 2004.
- The Film Director shall comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to film production in Nigeria, including but not limited to the provisions of the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA) guidelines for the Abuja metropolitan area.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement of both parties. No verbal modifications shall be valid or enforceable.
- By signing below, the Film Director acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and agrees to the terms, conditions, and deliverables specified herein for the production of "Sahara Echoes" in Nigeria, Abuja.
