The Financial Analyst shall be engaged to perform the following duties and deliverables on behalf of Meridian Capital Advisory Group Pty Ltd:

• Preparation and maintenance of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with Australian Accounting Standards (AASB) and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) reporting requirements.
• Development and management of financial models, budgeting frameworks, and forecasting tools tailored to the Melbourne-based operations of the Buyer.
• Conduct of variance analysis, cost-benefit assessments, and investment return evaluations for all business units operating within Australia Melbourne.
• Preparation of board-level presentations and executive summaries for the Board of Directors and senior management team.
• Coordination with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as required under Australian corporate governance frameworks.
• Implementation and oversight of financial risk management strategies aligned with the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) guidelines where applicable.
• Ad-hoc financial research, market analysis, and strategic advisory support as directed by the Buyer's Chief Financial Officer.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
2. The Financial Analyst shall be engaged as a contractor through Apex Financial Talent Solutions Pty Ltd and shall not be deemed an employee of Meridian Capital Advisory Group Pty Ltd. All employment-related obligations, including superannuation contributions under Australian Superannuation Guarantee legislation, shall remain the responsibility of the Supplier.
3. All services shall be performed at the Buyer's premises located in Australia Melbourne, specifically at Level 24, 120 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
4. The Financial Analyst shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of AUD $5,000,000 and shall provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
5. Confidentiality obligations shall be binding for a period of three (3) years following the termination of this Purchase Order. All financial data, client information, and proprietary models accessed by the Financial Analyst shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
6. Payment shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the Supplier's nominated bank account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate prescribed under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall be liable for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
8. The Supplier warrants that the Financial Analyst shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, and shall possess a minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis within the Australian market.
9. All deliverables produced under this Purchase Order shall be the intellectual property of the Buyer upon full payment of the applicable fees.
10. This Purchase Order is subject to the Supplier's compliance with all applicable Australian workplace health and safety legislation, including the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (Vic).

The Financial Analyst shall commence duties no later than 1 July 2025 at the Buyer's Australia Melbourne office. The Supplier shall ensure that all onboarding procedures, system access provisioning, and compliance documentation are completed within the first five (5) business days of commencement. The engagement period shall run from 1 July 2025 through to 30 June 2026, subject to the terms of this Purchase Order.
