This Purchase Order is issued by Mesopotamia Financial Group Ltd. to procure the professional services of a qualified Financial Analyst to be deployed and performing duties within the city of Iraq Baghdad. The Financial Analyst shall be responsible for the following scope of work, all conducted in accordance with Iraqi financial regulations and international best practices:
- Preparation and maintenance of comprehensive financial models, variance analyses, and forecasting reports for the Mesopotamia Financial Group portfolio of operations in Iraq Baghdad.
- Conducting monthly and quarterly financial performance reviews, including revenue analysis, cost structure evaluation, and profitability assessments specific to the Iraqi market environment.
- Developing and presenting board-level financial reports, budget recommendations, and strategic investment analyses to senior management based in Baghdad.
- Monitoring compliance with the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) regulations, Iraqi Commercial Companies Law, and applicable tax obligations under the Iraqi Ministry of Finance.
- Performing risk assessments related to currency fluctuation (USD/IQD), geopolitical factors affecting the Iraq Baghdad business environment, and sector-specific financial exposures.
- Collaborating with internal audit, legal, and operations teams located in Iraq Baghdad to ensure integrated financial governance and accurate reporting.
- Providing ad-hoc financial advisory support for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures within the Iraqi and broader Middle Eastern markets.

- Payment shall be made in monthly installments within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of a valid invoice from Tigris Analytics & Advisory Partners.
- All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the designated account held at a licensed Iraqi bank in Baghdad, in accordance with Central Bank of Iraq foreign exchange regulations.
- A retention of five percent (5%) shall be withheld from each monthly payment and released upon successful completion of the full twelve-month contract term.
- Late payments shall incur a penalty of two percent (2%) per month, calculated in accordance with Iraqi commercial law provisions applicable in Baghdad.
The Financial Analyst engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a preference for candidates holding CFA, CPA, or equivalent certifications. The Financial Analyst must possess a minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in financial analysis, with at least two (2) years of demonstrated experience operating within the Iraqi financial sector or the broader Middle Eastern market. The candidate must be legally authorized to work in Iraq Baghdad and must comply with all Iraqi labor laws, security clearance requirements, and professional conduct standards enforced by the relevant Iraqi regulatory bodies.
6. Termination & Dispute ResolutionEither party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice in the event of material breach. Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties in Iraq Baghdad. Should resolution not be achieved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Iraqi Arbitration Law, with the seat of arbitration in Baghdad, Republic of Iraq. All proceedings shall be conducted in English, with Arabic translations provided where legally required.
7. Acceptance & AuthorizationThis Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties. By signing below, the undersigned confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this document for the procurement of Financial Analyst services in Iraq Baghdad.
