This Purchase Order is issued for the procurement of a qualified Financial Analyst professional to be engaged on a fixed-term contract basis. The Financial Analyst shall be physically stationed and perform all duties within the city of Almaty, Kazakhstan, in accordance with the operational requirements of Almaty Financial Holdings LLP. The scope of engagement includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Preparation and maintenance of comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses for the Almaty-based operations of the purchasing entity.
• Conducting detailed ratio analysis, cash flow projections, and capital budgeting assessments relevant to the Kazakhstan market environment.
• Producing monthly and quarterly financial reports in compliance with the Accounting Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan and IFRS standards as adopted in Kazakhstan Almaty regulatory practice.
• Assisting the senior management team in Almaty with strategic financial planning, investment appraisal, and risk assessment activities.
• Collaborating with the internal audit department located in Almaty, Kazakhstan, to ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial data and reporting processes.
• Monitoring and reporting on foreign exchange exposure related to the tenge (KZT) and international currencies, a critical function for any Financial Analyst operating in Kazakhstan Almaty.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier for the provision of Financial Analyst services in Kazakhstan Almaty, effective upon signature by both authorized representatives.
2. The Financial Analyst shall comply with all applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and professional standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including those enforced by the relevant authorities in Almaty.
3. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in KZT. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.5% per calendar day as stipulated under Kazakhstan commercial law.
4. The Supplier guarantees that the Financial Analyst engaged under this Purchase Order holds a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics from an accredited institution, and possesses a valid work permit or employment registration in Kazakhstan Almaty.
5. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Buyer shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date.
6. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Arbitration Court of Almaty, Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedural rules of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
7. Confidentiality: The Financial Analyst shall be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary financial data, client information, and strategic documents of the Buyer, enforceable for a period of three (3) years post-termination.
