This Purchase Order is issued by Grupo Financiero del Pacífico, S.A. de C.V. to formally request and authorize the procurement of professional services for the recruitment, onboarding, and initial engagement of a qualified Financial Analyst to be based and performing duties in Mexico, Mexico City. The Financial Analyst shall be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial modeling, variance analysis, budget forecasting, and investment portfolio evaluation for the company's operations within the Mexico City metropolitan area and its broader regional markets.

The scope of this Purchase Order encompasses the following deliverables related to the Financial Analyst position:

  • End-to-end recruitment and selection of a certified Financial Analyst (CFA, CMA, or equivalent Mexican professional certification) with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in financial services or corporate finance within Mexico.
  • Conducting background verification, credential validation, and compliance screening in accordance with the regulations of the Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (CNBV) and the Secretaría de Trabajo y Previsión Social in Mexico.
  • Onboarding and integration of the Financial Analyst into the Mexico City office, including provision of workspace, technology infrastructure, and access to proprietary financial systems.
  • Delivery of a 90-day performance evaluation report for the Financial Analyst, including KPIs, deliverable completion rates, and qualitative assessments.
  • Provision of ongoing professional development support for the Financial Analyst, including enrollment in continuing education programs relevant to Mexican financial regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS).

All amounts stated in this Purchase Order are denominated in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and are subject to the applicable value-added tax (IVA) of 16% as governed by the Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT) in Mexico. Payment shall be remitted via electronic bank transfer (SPEI) to the account designated by the supplier. The Purchase Order is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice receipt, provided all deliverables related to the Financial Analyst engagement have been satisfactorily completed and accepted in writing by the purchasing entity.

  1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the parties upon signature and shall be governed by the commercial laws of the United Mexican States, with specific jurisdiction in the courts of Mexico, Mexico City.
  2. The Financial Analyst engaged under this Purchase Order shall comply with all applicable labor laws, tax obligations, and regulatory requirements in force in Mexico, including but not limited to the Ley Federal del Trabajo and the Ley del Impuesto Sobre la Renta.
  3. The supplier warrants that the Financial Analyst shall possess all necessary qualifications, certifications, and professional licenses to perform financial analysis duties in the state of Mexico and the Mexico City metropolitan area.
  4. Confidentiality: All financial data, proprietary models, and client information accessed by the Financial Analyst in the course of performing duties under this Purchase Order shall be treated as strictly confidential and subject to a non-disclosure agreement executed prior to commencement of work.
  5. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the supplier shall deliver all work product related to the Financial Analyst engagement to the purchasing entity within ten (10) business days.
  6. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting Mexico, Mexico City.
  7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within fifteen (15) days, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Mexico, Mexico City, in accordance with the rules of the Centro de Arbitraje y Conciliación (CEAC).

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and scope of work outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Financial Analyst in Mexico, Mexico City. This document shall remain in full force and effect until all obligations have been fulfilled or until formally terminated in accordance with Section 5, Clause 5.
