The scope of this Purchase Order encompasses the full recruitment, onboarding, and contractual employment of the Financial Analyst for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing on 1 August 2025 and concluding on 31 July 2026. All deliverables, reports, and analytical outputs produced by the Financial Analyst during the contract term shall be the exclusive intellectual property of Golden Pagoda Financial Services Co., Ltd. and shall be stored in the company's secure data centre located in Myanmar Yangon.

All prices are quoted in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) and are inclusive of applicable withholding tax as mandated by the Myanmar Income Tax Law. The total amount in words: Two Hundred Fifty-Two Million Five Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Myanmar Kyat only.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Myanmar Yangon in accordance with the Myanmar Arbitration Law.
2. The Financial Analyst engaged under this Purchase Order shall be subject to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a non-compete clause for a period of twelve (12) months following the termination of the contract.
3. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account at a licensed commercial bank in Myanmar Yangon within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments shall incur an interest charge of 1.5% per month.
4. The supplier, Yangon Professional Talent Solutions Ltd., warrants that the Financial Analyst shall hold a valid Myanmar work permit and shall comply with all immigration and labour regulations applicable in Myanmar Yangon.
5. Golden Pagoda Financial Services Co., Ltd. reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice if the Financial Analyst fails to meet the performance benchmarks outlined in the attached Service Level Agreement (SLA).
6. All financial reports, investment analyses, and risk assessments produced by the Financial Analyst shall be submitted to the Chief Financial Officer of Golden Pagoda Financial Services Co., Ltd. no later than the fifth (5th) business day of each month.
7. This Purchase Order shall remain valid until 15 July 2025. If not accepted and signed by the supplier within this validity period, a new Purchase Order must be issued.
8. The supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of MMK 500,000,000 for the duration of the contract, with the policy held in Myanmar Yangon.

The Financial Analyst shall report for duty at the Golden Pagoda Financial Services Co., Ltd. headquarters located at No. 45, 27th Street, Kamayut Township, Myanmar Yangon, on 1 August 2025 at 09:00 AM Myanmar Standard Time (MST, UTC+6:30). Acceptance of the Financial Analyst's services shall be confirmed in writing by the Head of Finance within five (5) business days of the commencement date. Any deficiencies in the onboarding process must be reported to the supplier within the same period.

This Purchase Order is authorised and issued by the undersigned on behalf of Golden Pagoda Financial Services Co., Ltd. The supplier's acceptance of this Purchase Order constitutes a binding contractual agreement between both parties for the procurement of the Financial Analyst services as described herein.
