This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Madina Corporate Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd., a registered entity operating from Pakistan Karachi, to formally procure the professional services of a qualified Financial Analyst to be engaged on a fixed-term contractual basis. The Financial Analyst shall be responsible for delivering comprehensive financial modeling, variance analysis, budget forecasting, investment appraisal, and regulatory compliance reporting in alignment with the accounting standards prescribed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as adopted in Pakistan.
The scope of this Purchase Order covers the full engagement period from 01 July 2025 through 30 June 2026, with the Financial Analyst required to report to the Finance & Strategic Planning Department at our primary office located in Clifton, Pakistan Karachi. The Financial Analyst shall work a standard five-day week (Monday through Friday) in accordance with the labor regulations of the Sindh Province, Pakistan, and shall adhere to all internal policies and confidentiality protocols established by Al-Madina Corporate Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd.

3.1 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made on a monthly basis within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from FinEdge Analytics & Advisory (Pvt.) Ltd. All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in a commercial bank operating in Pakistan Karachi. The total Purchase Order value of PKR 7,699,500 (Seven Million Six Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Pakistani Rupees) is inclusive of all applicable taxes and statutory levies.
3.2 Performance Obligations: The Financial Analyst engaged under this Purchase Order shall deliver all financial reports, analytical models, and advisory outputs in a timely manner as specified in the monthly work plan approved by the Chief Financial Officer. Failure to meet deliverable deadlines without prior written justification may result in a service credit of 2% of the monthly fee per day of delay, capped at 10% of the monthly fee.
3.3 Confidentiality and Data Protection: The Financial Analyst shall be bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary financial data, client information, and strategic business plans of Al-Madina Corporate Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. All data shall be stored on company-issued devices and shall not be transferred outside the Pakistan Karachi office premises without written authorization from the Managing Director.
3.4 Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of material breach, termination may be effected with seven (7) days' notice. Upon termination, the Financial Analyst shall hand over all work-in-progress documents, models, and access credentials within five (5) business days.
3.5 Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan Karachi, Sindh Province.
3.6 Compliance: The Financial Analyst shall comply with all applicable regulations of the State Bank of Pakistan, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, and the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The vendor shall ensure that all tax withholdings, including withholding tax on professional services at the rate prescribed under Section 149 of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001, are duly remitted.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Financial Analyst services in Pakistan Karachi. This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement between the parties upon execution.
