This Purchase Order authorizes the procurement of professional Financial Analyst services to be rendered at the buyer's principal office located in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. The engagement covers the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing provision of a qualified Financial Analyst who shall perform duties including but not limited to: financial modeling, budget forecasting, variance analysis, investment portfolio evaluation, regulatory compliance reporting in accordance with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) guidelines, and preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements. The Financial Analyst shall operate exclusively within the Saudi Arabia Jeddah metropolitan area and shall comply with all labor laws, Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements, and professional standards mandated by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
2. The supplier shall ensure that the Financial Analyst engaged under this Purchase Order holds a valid work permit (Iqama) and meets all Nitaqat compliance thresholds applicable in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
3. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Saudi Arabia Jeddah within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (PO-JED-2025-04782).
4. The Financial Analyst shall be subject to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a non-compete clause for a period of twelve (12) months following the termination of this Purchase Order engagement.
5. All deliverables, reports, and financial analyses produced by the Financial Analyst shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the buyer, Al-Madina Corporate Solutions Ltd., and shall be stored at the Saudi Arabia Jeddah headquarters.
6. The supplier warrants that the Financial Analyst possesses all qualifications, certifications, and professional licenses required to perform financial analysis duties in Saudi Arabia Jeddah in compliance with SAMA and the Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations.
7. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the supplier shall refund any unearned fees pro-rata within fifteen (15) business days.
8. All communications regarding this Purchase Order shall be conducted in English and/or Arabic. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Arabic version shall prevail as per Saudi Arabia Jeddah legal practice.
9. The supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of SAR 2,000,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order.

The Financial Analyst shall commence duties no later than 1 July 2025 at the buyer's office located at King Fahd Road, Al-Shati District, Saudi Arabia Jeddah. The initial placement and onboarding shall be completed within ten (10) business days from the date of this Purchase Order. All service delivery shall be performed in Saudi Arabia Jeddah unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

This Purchase Order is hereby authorized and approved by the undersigned representatives of both parties. By signing below, each party acknowledges and agrees to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Financial Analyst in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
