The Financial Analyst shall be based and perform all duties within the Johannesburg metropolitan area, South Africa, in accordance with the scope of work outlined below.

The Financial Analyst engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties at the Johannesburg, South Africa office or as directed by the Buyer:

• Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and South African Companies Act requirements.
• Develop and update financial models for revenue forecasting, cost analysis, and cash flow projections specific to the Johannesburg and broader Gauteng market operations.
• Conduct variance analysis between budgeted and actual financial performance, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Support the Chief Financial Officer in investment appraisal, capital budgeting decisions, and strategic financial planning for the South African market.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial ratios relevant to the organisation's operations in Johannesburg.
• Assist in the preparation of statutory filings with the South African Revenue Service (SARS) and the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC).
• Collaborate with internal audit and external auditors during annual audit cycles conducted in South Africa.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and presentations to the board of directors as required.

• 6.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Johannesburg, South Africa.
• 6.2 The Financial Analyst must hold a minimum of a BCom (Honours) degree in Accounting or Finance and be a registered member of SAICA or CIMA. A valid South African work permit or permanent residency is required for all personnel assigned to this engagement.
• 6.3 All services shall be performed in accordance with the South African National Minimum Wage Act and the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, 1997.
• 6.4 The Supplier shall ensure that the Financial Analyst complies with all data protection obligations under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), 2013, when handling the Buyer's financial data in Johannesburg.
• 6.5 Payment shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the Supplier's designated bank account in South Africa within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice.
• 6.6 The Buyer reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice in the event of material breach by the Supplier or failure to deliver the Financial Analyst services as specified.
• 6.7 All intellectual property and work product generated by the Financial Analyst in the course of this engagement shall vest in the Buyer upon full payment.
• 6.8 The Supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of R 5,000,000.00, valid throughout the term of this Purchase Order in South Africa.

This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this document regarding the engagement of the Financial Analyst in Johannesburg, South Africa.
