This Purchase Order is issued by Meridian Capital Advisory Group, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to Apex Talent Solutions LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Vendor") for the recruitment, placement, and onboarding of a qualified Financial Analyst to be stationed at the Buyer's principal office located in United States San Francisco. The Financial Analyst shall be responsible for conducting in-depth financial modeling, portfolio performance analysis, market research, and preparing quarterly investment reports for the firm's institutional clients. The position is full-time, permanent, and subject to the employment laws and regulations of the State of California and the federal jurisdiction of the United States.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Meridian Capital Advisory Group, Inc. and Apex Talent Solutions LLC upon signature by both authorized representatives. All services described herein shall be performed in the city and county of San Francisco, State of California, United States.
2. The Financial Analyst to be placed under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field, possess at least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in financial analysis, and be legally authorized to work in the United States. CFA charterholder status or CFA Level II completion is strongly preferred.
3. Payment shall be remitted via ACH transfer to the Vendor's designated bank account within thirty (30) calendar days of the Buyer's receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with California Commercial Code Section 2310.
4. The Vendor warrants that all recruitment activities conducted under this Purchase Order shall comply with the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) guidelines, and all applicable San Francisco municipal anti-discrimination ordinances.
5. Any modifications, amendments, or changes to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements or email communications shall not constitute a valid amendment to this document.
6. The Vendor shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 per occurrence and shall provide a certificate of insurance to the Buyer prior to the commencement of services.
7. In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith mediation in San Francisco, California. Should mediation fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with the seat of arbitration in San Francisco, United States.
8. This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws of the United States of America.
