All Firefighter equipment listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the SDIS 75 Central Depot located at 14 Boulevard de la Villette, 75019 Paris, France. Delivery must be completed no later than 30 August 2025. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and customs clearance (if applicable) within the territory of France. Partial deliveries are permitted provided that each shipment is accompanied by a detailed packing list and certificate of conformity. The supplier must ensure that all Firefighter gear is properly labeled with the SDIS 75 identification code and the France Paris departmental marking prior to delivery. Any damage or non-conformity discovered upon receipt in France Paris shall be reported within 48 hours, and the supplier shall replace defective items at no additional cost within 10 business days.
Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. The payment schedule is as follows: 30% advance payment upon confirmation of this Purchase Order; 50% upon verified delivery and acceptance of all Firefighter equipment at the France Paris depot; and the remaining 20% within 30 days of final acceptance and completion of the 90-day warranty inspection period. All invoices must reference Purchase Order number PO-FR-75-2025-04872. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10).
All Firefighter equipment procured under this Purchase Order must comply with the following standards and regulations: European Standard EN 469:2020 for protective clothing; EN 443 for helmets; EN 659 for gloves; EN 361 for safety harnesses; and EN 13157 for first aid equipment. Additionally, all items must bear the CE marking and comply with French national regulations as published in the Journal Officiel de la République Française. The supplier shall provide, upon request, full test reports, material safety data sheets, and certificates of origin for every Firefighter product delivered to France Paris. The SDIS 75 reserves the right to conduct independent quality inspections at the supplier's facility or at the point of delivery in Paris before final acceptance.
The supplier guarantees a minimum warranty period of 24 months from the date of delivery for all Firefighter equipment covered by this Purchase Order. During the warranty period, the supplier shall repair or replace, at its own expense, any item found to be defective in materials or workmanship. For SCBA units and thermal imaging cameras, the supplier shall provide a dedicated after-sales technical support line accessible from France Paris, with a maximum response time of 24 hours for critical operational failures. Annual preventive maintenance contracts for the SCBA fleet and thermal imaging cameras may be negotiated separately following the initial delivery.
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the SDIS 75 and the supplier upon signature by both parties.
- The supplier acknowledges that the Firefighter equipment procured under this order is intended for life-safety operations in the densely populated urban environment of France Paris and that any failure of the equipment may result in serious injury or loss of life.
- The supplier shall maintain full insurance coverage for the Firefighter equipment during transit and until final acceptance by the SDIS 75 in France Paris.
- Any modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements are not valid.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Paris, France.
