This Purchase Order is issued by the Almaty City Fire and Rescue Department to procure specialized Firefighter protective equipment, operational gear, and support supplies for deployment across all Firefighter stations within the Kazakhstan Almaty metropolitan jurisdiction. The terms and conditions set forth in this Purchase Order shall govern the entire transaction between the Buyer and the Supplier.

The following items are required to equip and sustain the Firefighter workforce operating in Kazakhstan Almaty. All Firefighter gear must comply with the national standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan (GOST KZ) and meet or exceed the EN 469:2020 international standard for Firefighter protective clothing.

All prices are quoted in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) and are inclusive of 12% Value Added Tax (VAT) as applicable in Kazakhstan. Prices are fixed for the duration of this Purchase Order.

The Supplier shall deliver all Firefighter equipment listed in this Purchase Order to the designated Firefighter stations across Kazakhstan Almaty within 45 calendar days from the date of Purchase Order acceptance. Delivery locations include, but are not limited to, the Central Firefighter Station on Abay Avenue, the Northern District Firefighter Station on Al-Farabi Avenue, the Southern District Firefighter Station on Raimbek Street, and the Industrial Zone Firefighter Station near the Almaty International Airport.

Delivery to Kazakhstan Almaty shall be performed via the Supplier's own logistics fleet or a certified third-party carrier approved by the Buyer. All Firefighter equipment must be transported in climate-controlled vehicles to prevent damage to moisture-sensitive components, particularly the SCBA cylinders and thermal imaging cameras. The Supplier bears full risk of loss or damage to the Firefighter goods until they are received, inspected, and signed for by the authorized Firefighter station commander at each Kazakhstan Almaty delivery point.

Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in accordance with the following schedule:

• 30% Advance Payment: Due within 10 business days of Purchase Order signature, payable to the Supplier's designated bank account in Kazakhstan.
• 50% on Delivery: Due within 15 business days of successful delivery and acceptance of all Firefighter equipment at the Kazakhstan Almaty stations.
• 20% Retention: Due within 90 days of final acceptance, subject to a 60-day performance warranty period for all Firefighter gear.

All payments shall be processed in KZT via bank transfer. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 0.1% per calendar day as stipulated under the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Supplier warrants that all Firefighter equipment supplied under this Purchase Order is new, unused, and manufactured in accordance with the highest safety standards. Each Firefighter item must be accompanied by a Certificate of Conformity, a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), and a manufacturer's warranty document of no less than three (3) years. The Buyer reserves the right to conduct random quality inspections of the Firefighter goods at any Kazakhstan Almaty delivery point. Any Firefighter equipment found to be defective, substandard, or non-compliant with the specifications in this Purchase Order shall be replaced at the Supplier's sole cost within 14 business days.

The Supplier shall provide a minimum three-year warranty on all structural Firefighter components (coats, trousers, helmets, boots) and a two-year warranty on electronic and mechanical Firefighter devices (SCBA, thermal cameras, radios). Any Firefighter equipment that fails within the warranty period due to manufacturing defects shall be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the Buyer.

Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through negotiation first, followed by mediation under the rules of the Almaty Chamber of Commerce and Industry. If mediation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Kazakhstan Almaty. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier regarding the procurement of Firefighter equipment for use in Kazakhstan Almaty. No amendments, modifications, or additions to this Purchase Order shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. This Purchase Order may not be assigned or transferred by either party without the prior written consent of the other. In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Kazakhstan Almaty region, either party may be relieved of performance obligations for the duration of the event, provided written notice is given within 72 hours.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Firefighter equipment for the Kazakhstan Almaty Fire and Rescue Department.
