Important Note for Thailand Bangkok Operations: All Firefighter equipment listed in this Purchase Order must be rated for the tropical climate conditions prevalent in the Thailand Bangkok metropolitan area, including sustained ambient temperatures exceeding 38°C (100°F) and humidity levels above 80%. Materials must demonstrate resistance to monsoon-season moisture, salt-air corrosion from proximity to the Chao Phraya River, and prolonged UV exposure. All items must carry valid Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) certification or equivalent international certification recognized by the Bangkok Metropolitan Fire & Rescue Department. Terms and Conditions

Delivery: The Supplier shall deliver all Firefighter equipment to the Bangkok Metropolitan Fire & Rescue Department headquarters at 199 Ratchadamnoen Klang Road, Phra Nakhon, Bangkok 10200, Thailand, no later than 15 August 2025. Delivery must be made between 08:00 and 16:00 local time (ICT, UTC+7).
Quality Assurance: Every item of Firefighter gear must be accompanied by a Certificate of Conformity, material test reports, and a warranty document. The Supplier guarantees a minimum 5-year warranty on all structural Firefighter turnout gear and a 3-year warranty on SCBA units and electronic devices.
Payment: Payment shall be made in Thai Baht (THB) via bank transfer within 45 calendar days of the Buyer's receipt and acceptance of all goods. The Buyer reserves the right to withhold 10% of the total Purchase Order value until a 90-day post-delivery inspection confirms all Firefighter equipment meets the specified standards.
Inspection & Acceptance: The Buyer's technical team in Thailand Bangkok shall conduct a full inspection of all Firefighter items within 14 business days of delivery. Any non-conforming items must be replaced or repaired by the Supplier at no additional cost within 30 days.
Compliance: All Firefighter products must comply with Thai Fire Safety Regulations (B.E. 2535 and amendments), the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration Fire Code, and applicable international standards (EN, NFPA) as specified in the item table above.
Training & Support: The Supplier shall provide on-site training for Bangkok Firefighter personnel on the proper use, maintenance, and storage of all delivered equipment. A minimum of two (2) training sessions of 8 hours each shall be conducted at the Bangkok Fire Academy within 30 days of delivery.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government mandates, or events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to flooding in the Thailand Bangkok region during monsoon season.
Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangkok under the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the terms of this Purchase Order and any proprietary Firefighter technology specifications disclosed during the procurement process.
Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within 14 calendar days of the issue date. Failure to confirm acceptance by 29 June 2025 shall render this document null and void.
