Scope of Work – Geologist Services
This Purchase Order is issued by Harbour Ridge Mining & Resources Pty Ltd to engage the services of a qualified Geologist for geological survey, assessment, and reporting activities at our exploration site located in Australia Sydney. The appointed Geologist shall provide comprehensive geological expertise in accordance with the Australian Standards for geological fieldwork (AS 4306) and the NSW Mines Regulation Act 1942. All fieldwork, laboratory coordination, and final reporting shall be conducted within the greater Australia Sydney metropolitan and regional area as specified below.

Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia Sydney.
- The appointed Geologist must hold a current Australian Mining and Resources Geologist (AMRSG) registration and maintain professional indemnity insurance of no less than $10,000,000 AUD for the duration of the engagement.
- Payment terms: 50% upon acceptance of this Purchase Order and commencement of fieldwork; 50% upon delivery and acceptance of the final geological report. Payment shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) within 30 days of invoice receipt.
- All fieldwork must be conducted in strict compliance with the NSW Work Health and Safety Act 2011, the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (NSW), and all applicable Australia Sydney council regulations regarding land access and environmental protection.
- The Geologist shall deliver all raw data, core photographs, and digital mapping files to Harbour Ridge Mining & Resources Pty Ltd within 10 business days of fieldwork completion. The final report must be submitted within 20 business days.
- Any variation to the scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties prior to execution. Unauthorised additional work shall not be compensated under this Purchase Order.
- The Geologist warrants that all findings, interpretations, and recommendations provided under this Purchase Order shall be accurate, based on sound geological principles, and free from conflict of interest.
- Confidentiality: All geological data, site coordinates, and resource estimates generated under this Purchase Order are the proprietary property of Harbour Ridge Mining & Resources Pty Ltd and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. Failure to commence work within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
