1. This Purchase Order is issued by the Jerusalem Geological Survey Authority and governs the procurement of professional Geologist services and associated geological equipment for use exclusively within the Israel Jerusalem metropolitan area and its designated survey zones.
2. The contracted Geologist, Dr. Miriam Ashkenazi, and her supporting team shall comply with all applicable Israeli regulations, including the Israeli Geological Survey Act, the Environmental Protection Law, and all municipal bylaws specific to Israel Jerusalem regarding fieldwork, sample collection, and site access.
3. All geological data, core samples, and reports produced under this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive property of the issuing authority. The Geologist and supplier shall not disclose, publish, or transfer any findings to third parties without prior written consent from the Jerusalem Geological Survey Authority.
4. The Geologist is required to submit weekly progress reports to the project manager in Israel Jerusalem. Failure to meet the scheduled milestones outlined in the delivery column of this Purchase Order may result in a penalty of 2% of the total contract value per week of delay, up to a maximum of 15%.
5. All equipment listed in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the project site in Israel Jerusalem no later than 28 July 2025. The supplier is responsible for all shipping, customs clearance (if applicable), and insurance during transit within Israel.
6. Payment shall be processed in Israeli New Shekels (ILS) via bank transfer to the account specified above. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-IL-JER-2025-04782) and include the supplier's Israeli VAT registration number.
7. This Purchase Order is subject to the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Israel Jerusalem. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating any legal proceedings.
8. The Geologist must hold a valid professional license issued by the Israeli Council of Geologists and must maintain professional liability insurance throughout the duration of the engagement. Proof of licensure and insurance must be submitted prior to the commencement of fieldwork in Israel Jerusalem.
9. This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement of both parties. No verbal modifications shall be considered binding. All amendments must be documented as addenda to this Purchase Order and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
10. The supplier warrants that all services rendered by the Geologist and all equipment supplied under this Purchase Order shall be of professional quality, free from defects, and in full compliance with Israeli national standards for geological survey work conducted in Israel Jerusalem.
