• 4.2 – The Geologist shall hold valid professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 2,000,000 per occurrence, specifically endorsed for geological and geotechnical activities conducted in the Lombardy region of Italy.
• 4.3 – All fieldwork, sampling, and site inspections shall be performed exclusively within the jurisdiction of Italy Milan unless prior written authorization is granted by the Client for work in adjacent municipalities.
• 4.4 – The Geologist shall submit a detailed work plan and schedule within ten (10) business days of the acceptance of this Purchase Order. The plan must account for seasonal ground conditions typical of Italy Milan, including the high water table of the Po Plain alluvium.
