This Purchase Order is issued by Myanmar Yangon Geological Survey & Consulting Co., Ltd. to engage a qualified Geologist for the comprehensive geological assessment, site investigation, and mineral resource evaluation of the proposed industrial development zone located in the Hlaing Township area, Yangon, Myanmar. The Geologist shall provide all professional geological services in accordance with Myanmar's Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation regulations and international best practices for geological surveying.
The scope of work assigned to the Geologist under this Purchase Order includes, but is not limited to: conducting a detailed geological mapping of the 45-hectare site; performing soil and rock sampling at a minimum of 32 borehole locations; producing a comprehensive geological report with stratigraphic columnar sections; assessing seismic and landslide risk factors specific to the Myanmar Yangon basin; and providing expert testimony and consultation during the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) review process mandated by the Yangon City Development Committee.

- 4.1 This Purchase Order is valid for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of issue. The Geologist must confirm acceptance in writing within 10 business days.
- 4.2 All geological services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Myanmar Mines Law (2016), the Environmental Conservation Law (2012), and the regulations of the Department of Mines, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation, Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
- 4.3 The Geologist shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 50,000,000 MMK for the duration of the engagement in Myanmar Yangon.
- 4.4 Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% upon contract signing, 40% upon submission of the draft geological report, and 30% upon final acceptance of the completed report by the Myanmar Yangon Geological Survey & Consulting Co., Ltd. project management team.
- 4.5 The Geologist shall submit all field data, core samples documentation, and digital files within 15 working days of completing each phase of work.
- 4.6 Any changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing via a formal amendment to this Purchase Order. Unauthorized additional services will not be compensated.
- 4.7 The Geologist warrants that all findings, interpretations, and recommendations provided under this Purchase Order shall be accurate, based on sound geological science, and free from conflicts of interest.
- 4.8 Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Yangon, Myanmar, in accordance with the Myanmar Arbitration Law (2016).
- 4.9 The Geologist shall comply with all local labor laws, safety regulations, and environmental protection standards applicable in Myanmar Yangon during the execution of fieldwork.
- 4.10 All intellectual property rights in the final geological report and associated data shall vest in Myanmar Yangon Geological Survey & Consulting Co., Ltd. upon full payment.
All fieldwork and on-site services under this Purchase Order shall be conducted at the designated project site in Hlaing Township, Yangon, Myanmar. The Geologist and any supporting geological team members must coordinate their arrival and fieldwork schedule with the site management office located at Plot 14, Hlaing Industrial Zone, Yangon. All reports, deliverables, and correspondence shall be directed to the procurement office of Myanmar Yangon Geological Survey & Consulting Co., Ltd. at the address stated in the header of this document.
