This Purchase Order is issued by Al Noor Infrastructure Development LLC to GeoScan Middle East Geological Consultancy FZ-LLC for the engagement of a qualified Geologist and supporting geological team to perform comprehensive site investigation, geological mapping, and environmental risk assessment services for the Al Noor Coastal Tower project located in Jumeirah, United Arab Emirates Dubai. The Geologist shall be a licensed professional registered with the Dubai Municipality and the UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, holding a minimum of ten (10) years of field experience in arid and coastal geological environments.

- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the specific regulations of Dubai Municipality and the Dubai Department of Economic Development. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts.
- The Geologist and all supporting personnel must hold valid UAE work permits, professional licenses, and health insurance as mandated by the UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE). The supplier shall provide copies of all such credentials prior to commencing work.
- All geological data, borehole logs, and reports produced under this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of Al Noor Infrastructure Development LLC. The Geologist shall not disclose, publish, or share any project-specific data with third parties without written consent.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated UAE bank account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 2% per month in accordance with UAE commercial law.
- The supplier shall comply with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards applicable in United Arab Emirates Dubai, including but not limited to the requirements of the Dubai Civil Defence and the UAE Environment Agency.
- The Geologist shall submit a weekly progress report to the Buyer's Project Director every Friday. A final comprehensive geological report shall be delivered within fifteen (15) working days of site completion.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement signed by authorized representatives of both parties. No verbal modifications shall be binding.
- The supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of AED 5,000,000 for the duration of the engagement, valid in the United Arab Emirates.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions common to the Dubai region, shall excuse timely performance. The affected party must notify the other in writing within forty-eight (48) hours.
- All communications related to this Purchase Order shall be conducted in English. In the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail.
The Geologist and the geological team shall report to the project site at Al Noor Coastal Tower, Jumeirah Beach Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, no later than 07:00 AM UAE Standard Time (GST, UTC+4) on each scheduled working day. Site access shall be coordinated through the Buyer's site security office. The supplier is responsible for all travel, accommodation, and local transportation within Dubai for the duration of the contract.
