This Purchase Order is issued by Golden Horizon Creative Solutions Co., Ltd., a registered corporate entity operating in Myanmar Yangon, to formally authorize and request the engagement of a qualified Graphic Designer for the provision of professional visual communication services. The Graphic Designer shall be responsible for the creation, revision, and delivery of all branded visual assets required for our upcoming product launch campaign, corporate identity refresh, and digital marketing collateral. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order and the supplementary service agreement referenced herein.

The Graphic Designer engaged under this Purchase Order shall deliver the following services within the Myanmar Yangon metropolitan area:

• Design and production of a complete corporate brand identity package, including logo refinement, color palette development, typography selection, and brand guideline documentation.
• Creation of print-ready marketing materials such as brochures, business cards, letterheads, banners, and point-of-sale displays for distribution across Myanmar Yangon retail locations.
• Development of digital assets including social media templates, email marketing graphics, website hero images, and video motion graphics for the product launch.
• Design of packaging artwork and label layouts for three (3) new product lines, ensuring compliance with Myanmar Consumer Protection regulations.
• Provision of up to three (3) revision cycles per design deliverable, with final approval granted by the Project Manager at Golden Horizon Creative Solutions.
• On-site consultation meetings at the Myanmar Yangon office (Sule Avenue) no fewer than two (2) times per week during the active design phase.

Total Amount in Words: Twenty-Six Million Three Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Myanmar Kyat Only.

• Payment shall be made in two (2) installments: 50% (MMK 13,177,500) upon acceptance of this Purchase Order and commencement of work, and 50% (MMK 13,177,500) upon final delivery and written acceptance of all Graphic Designer deliverables.
• Payment method: Bank transfer to the vendor's designated account at KBZ Bank, Myanmar Yangon branch. Account details to be confirmed in the vendor's tax invoice.
• Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Graphic Designer service provider.
• Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Myanmar commercial practice.

• This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Golden Horizon Creative Solutions Co., Ltd. and BrightPixel Design Studio for the services of the Graphic Designer as described herein.
• All intellectual property rights in the final deliverables shall transfer to Golden Horizon Creative Solutions upon full payment. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in a professional portfolio, subject to a 90-day embargo period.
• The Graphic Designer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, including but not limited to the Myanmar Copyright Law and the Myanmar Consumer Protection Law.
• All work shall be conducted primarily at the vendor's studio in Myanmar Yangon or at the client's office, as mutually agreed. Travel within Myanmar Yangon city limits is included in the quoted rates.
• Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Graphic Designer shall be compensated for all work completed up to the termination date.
• Confidentiality: The Graphic Designer shall treat all client data, brand assets, and business information as strictly confidential and shall not disclose them to any third party without prior written consent.
• This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Myanmar Yangon in accordance with the Myanmar Arbitration Law.
