- Delivery: All items listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Kabul Elite Hairdresser & Beauty Studio premises located on Darulaman Road, Wazir Akbar Khan District, Kabul, Afghanistan, no later than 21 days from the date of this Purchase Order. The supplier shall bear all transportation risks until goods are received and inspected at the Kabul delivery address.
- Quality Assurance: All hairdresser equipment, tools, and consumables must meet international professional salon standards. Any item found to be defective, damaged in transit, or not conforming to the specifications stated in this Purchase Order shall be replaced at the supplier's sole expense within 14 days of written notice from the buyer.
- Payment: Payment of the full Purchase Order amount shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of successful delivery and acceptance of goods in Kabul, Afghanistan. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. The buyer reserves the right to withhold payment for any disputed line items until resolution.
- Customs & Import Compliance: The supplier is responsible for providing all necessary documentation for customs clearance at the Kabul border crossing, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and any product safety certifications required by the Afghanistan Ministry of Commerce and Industry for professional hairdresser and salon equipment.
- Warranty: All electrical hairdresser equipment (hair dryers, flat irons, steamers, clippers) shall carry a minimum manufacturer's warranty of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery in Kabul. The supplier shall coordinate warranty claims and provide a local service contact in or near Kabul, Afghanistan.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to political instability, border closures, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions affecting trade between the supplier's location and Kabul, Afghanistan.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial laws of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation, followed by mediation in Kabul, Afghanistan, before any formal arbitration proceedings.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of pricing, business terms, and operational details contained within this Purchase Order. This obligation shall survive the completion of the transaction for a period of two (2) years.
- Amendments: No modification, amendment, or cancellation of this Purchase Order shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both the buyer (Kabul Elite Hairdresser & Beauty Studio) and the supplier (Central Asia Professional Salon Supplies Co.).
