Terms & Conditions – Purchase Order for Hairdresser Operations, Córdoba, Argentina
- 1. Scope: This Purchase Order is issued by the hairdresser studio "Cabello & Estilo" located in the city of Córdoba, Province of Córdoba, Argentina, for the procurement of professional hairdressing products, equipment, and consumables necessary for daily salon operations.
- 2. Delivery: The vendor shall deliver all items listed in this Purchase Order to the hairdresser premises at Av. Vélez Sarsfield 1247, Piso 3, Córdoba, Argentina, no later than 28 June 2025. Delivery must be made between 09:00 and 17:00 hours on a business day. The vendor is responsible for all transportation costs within the Córdoba metropolitan area.
- 3. Quality & Compliance: All hair products and chemical treatments included in this Purchase Order must bear valid ANMAT registration numbers and comply with the health and safety regulations established by the Ministry of Health of the Province of Córdoba. The hairdresser studio reserves the right to reject any product that does not meet these standards.
- 4. Payment: Payment of the full amount of ARS 3,814,996.00 (inclusive of IVA) shall be made via bank transfer (transferencia bancaria) within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery and acceptance of goods. The hairdresser studio will issue a factura A (invoice) upon receipt.
- 5. Warranties: All equipment items (hair dryers, flat irons, scissors, salon chairs) carry a minimum manufacturer warranty of twelve (12) months. The vendor shall coordinate any warranty claims on behalf of the hairdresser studio.
- 6. Cancellation & Modification: This Purchase Order may be modified or cancelled in writing by either party up to seven (7) business days prior to the required delivery date. Cancellations after this period may be subject to a 15% restocking fee on non-consumable items.
- 7. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by the commercial laws of the Argentine Republic and the specific commercial regulations of the Province of Córdoba. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the city of Córdoba, Argentina.
- 8. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding pricing, product lists, and business terms contained in this Purchase Order. This obligation extends to all staff members of the hairdresser studio and the vendor's sales team.
- 9. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Córdoba region.
- 10. Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance until 30 June 2025. Failure to confirm acceptance by this date will result in automatic voiding of the order, and a new Purchase Order will need to be issued by the hairdresser studio.
