- This Purchase Order is issued by Sheen & Style Hairdresser, a registered hairdressing establishment located in Bangladesh Dhaka, and is valid for acceptance within seven (7) calendar days from the date of issue.
- All items listed in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the Hairdresser premises at House 42, Road 11, Banani, Bangladesh Dhaka 1213, no later than 30 June 2025. Late delivery will incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of the date of invoice receipt, via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Bangladesh Dhaka. The Hairdresser reserves the right to withhold payment if any items are found defective upon inspection.
- All equipment and supplies must comply with the Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution (BSTI) regulations and must be suitable for use in the Bangladesh Dhaka climate and electrical infrastructure (220V, 50Hz).
- The supplier warrants that all Hairdresser equipment and professional supplies listed in this Purchase Order are new, unused, and free from manufacturing defects. A minimum warranty period of twelve (12) months applies to all electrical and mechanical items.
- Installation and setup of all Hairdresser chairs, washing basins, mirrors, and the steam treatment machine shall be completed by the supplier's authorized technicians at the Bangladesh Dhaka location at no additional cost beyond the delivery fee stated herein.
- This Purchase Order is subject to the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Bangladesh Arbitration Act, 2001.
- The Hairdresser reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reject any line item in this Purchase Order with prior written notice to the supplier, subject to applicable cancellation charges as mutually agreed.
- All goods remain the property of the supplier until full payment is received by the supplier. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Hairdresser upon delivery and signed receipt at the Bangladesh Dhaka premises.
