Terms and Conditions
- Payment Terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice issuance. Payment to be made via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account specified on the supplier's invoice. This Purchase Order is issued by Salão Bella Brasília Hairdresser, a registered business in Brasília, Distrito Federal, Brazil.
- Delivery Terms: All goods must be delivered to the Hairdresser salon premises located in the Asa Sul district of Brasília – DF. Delivery must be completed within 15 business days from the acceptance of this Purchase Order. The supplier is responsible for all transportation costs within the Federal District of Brasília.
- Quality Assurance: All professional hairdressing equipment and products must comply with ANVISA (Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária) regulations in Brazil. All electrical appliances must carry the INMETRO certification mark and be rated for 220V, 60Hz, which is the standard voltage in Brasília and the Federal District.
- Warranty: All Hairdresser equipment (hairdryers, flat irons, styling chairs, and washing basins) must carry a minimum manufacturer warranty of 12 months. Consumable products (shampoo, conditioner, color, sprays) must have a minimum shelf life of 12 months from the date of delivery.
- Acceptance and Inspection: Upon delivery at the Brasília address, the receiving manager of the Hairdresser salon will inspect all items listed in this Purchase Order. Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days. The supplier must replace rejected items within 10 business days at no additional cost.
- Cancellation: This Purchase Order may be cancelled in writing by Salão Bella Brasília Hairdresser up to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date. After that period, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value may apply.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, specifically the Civil Code (Código Civil – Lei 10.406/2002) and the Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor – Lei 8.078/1990). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brasília – DF.
- Tax Compliance: The supplier must issue a valid Nota Fiscal Eletrônica (NF-e) in accordance with the tax regulations of the Distrito Federal. The ICMS rate of 18% applicable in Brasília – DF has been included in the total calculation above.
Special Instructions for Delivery in Brasília
IMPORTANT: The delivery vehicle must be able to access the ground floor of Bloco B, Quadra 308 Sul, Asa Sul. Please coordinate with the building concierge at least 24 hours in advance. The Hairdresser salon operates Monday through Saturday, 08:00 to 19:00 BRT. Deliveries outside these hours must be pre-arranged. All items must be properly packaged to withstand the dry climate conditions typical of Brasília during the dry season (May to September). Electrical equipment must be tested before delivery to ensure compatibility with the 220V power supply standard used throughout the Federal District.
