All items listed above are intended for professional use within our Hairdresser salon premises. The supplier is required to deliver all goods to our address in Lyon, France, and to provide full installation of the styling chairs, backwash basins, and LED mirror stations. All products must comply with French and European cosmetic and electrical safety regulations (CE marking mandatory). Terms and Conditions

1. Delivery: All items referenced in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the Hairdresser salon premises at 14 Rue de la République, 69002 Lyon, France, no later than 26 June 2025. Delivery hours are between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday. The supplier shall coordinate with our site manager, Mme Claire Fontaine, prior to arrival in France Lyon.

2. Payment: Payment of the full amount of €12,855.20 shall be made by bank transfer (virement bancaire) within 30 calendar days of the date of this Purchase Order, i.e., by 12 July 2025. Bank details: BNP Paribas, IBAN: FR76 3000 4000 0500 0012 3456 789, BIC: BNPAFRPPXXX.

3. Quality Assurance: As a professional Hairdresser establishment, we require that all equipment and products meet the highest standards of quality. Any item found to be defective, damaged in transit, or non-conforming to the specifications stated in this Purchase Order must be replaced within 10 business days at the supplier's sole cost.

4. Warranty: All electrical equipment (hairdryers, flat irons, LED mirrors) must carry a minimum 24-month manufacturer's warranty valid in France. Professional furniture (styling chairs, backwash units) must carry a minimum 5-year structural warranty.

5. Cancellation: This Purchase Order may be cancelled in writing up to 14 days prior to the required delivery date. Cancellation after this period may be subject to a penalty of 15% of the total order value.

6. Governing Law: This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Lyon, France Lyon.

7. Health & Safety: All cosmetic products (shampoos, conditioners, colour kits, heat-protectant sprays) must be accompanied by full Safety Data Sheets (FDS) in French and must comply with the EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.
