Terms & Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by PT. Jakarta Hair Studio Supplies Co., Ltd. for the procurement of professional hairdresser equipment, tools, and consumables to be delivered to our warehouse facility in Indonesia Jakarta.
- All items listed in this Purchase Order must meet the quality standards specified for professional hairdresser use in licensed salons operating within Indonesia Jakarta and its surrounding metropolitan areas.
- The supplier, PT. Nusantara Beauty Equipment & Supplies, shall ensure that all equipment and consumables are new, unused, and accompanied by valid certificates of conformity and, where applicable, BPOM (Indonesian National Agency of Drug and Food Control) registration for hairdresser chemical products.
- Delivery shall be made to the designated warehouse address in Indonesia Jakarta between 22 June 2025 and 25 June 2025. Late delivery beyond the specified window shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account specified above within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the supplier's official invoice, subject to satisfactory inspection and acceptance of all goods upon delivery in Indonesia Jakarta.
- The buyer reserves the right to inspect all delivered items within five (5) business days of receipt. Any defective, damaged, or non-conforming hairdresser products shall be returned at the supplier's expense, and a replacement or credit note shall be issued within ten (10) business days.
- All hairdresser chemical products (dyes, treatments, shampoos, conditioners) must comply with Indonesian cosmetic regulations as enforced by BPOM and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. The supplier warrants that all products carry valid BPOM registration numbers.
- This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Indonesia Jakarta under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).
- The supplier acknowledges that the goods procured under this Purchase Order are intended for use by licensed hairdresser professionals in salon operations within Indonesia Jakarta and shall not be resold or diverted without written consent from the buyer.
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within seven (7) calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to confirm acceptance within this period shall result in automatic cancellation of this Purchase Order.
