1. This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Rafidain Hairdresser & Beauty Salon, a licensed hairdresser and barbering establishment operating in Baghdad, Iraq, and is binding upon acceptance by the supplier.
2. All items listed in this Purchase Order must be new, unused, and in their original manufacturer packaging. Any damaged or defective goods will be rejected at the point of delivery in Baghdad and must be replaced within five (5) business days at the supplier's sole expense.
3. Delivery shall be made to the hairdresser premises located at Street 14, Al-Mansour District, Baghdad, Iraq, between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00 on the required delivery date. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, loading, and unloading within the city of Baghdad.
4. Payment shall be made in Iraqi Dinars (IQD) via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. Fifty percent (50%) of the total Purchase Order value shall be paid as an advance upon signing, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be paid within seven (7) business days following successful inspection and acceptance of all delivered goods at the hairdresser location.
5. The supplier warrants that all electrical hairdressing equipment (hair dryers, flat irons, cutting machines, heated caps) complies with the Iraqi Standards and Metrology Organization (ISMO) regulations and carries the appropriate safety certifications for use in Iraq Baghdad commercial establishments.
6. All hair coloring and chemical treatment products must carry valid batch numbers, manufacturing dates, and expiration dates. Products with less than twelve (12) months of shelf life remaining at the time of delivery shall not be accepted by the hairdresser.
7. In the event of non-delivery or partial delivery beyond the stipulated date, the hairdresser reserves the right to cancel this Purchase Order in whole or in part and to claim compensation for any operational losses incurred due to the delay in the Baghdad market.
8. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes arising from this document shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts in Baghdad, Iraq.
9. The supplier shall provide a written warranty of no less than twelve (12) months on all electrical and mechanical hairdressing equipment, and six (6) months on all consumable products, effective from the date of delivery acceptance.
10. Any modifications or amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both the authorized representative of the hairdresser and the supplier. Verbal agreements are not valid.

The supplier is advised that delivery to the Al-Mansour District of Baghdad may require coordination with local municipal traffic authorities during peak hours.
