The supplier shall deliver all items listed in this Purchase Order to the Hairdresser premises located at Street 12, Block 4, Salmiya, Kuwait Kuwait City, no later than 28 June 2025. Delivery must be completed between the hours of 08:00 and 14:00 Kuwait Standard Time (AST, UTC+3) to avoid disruption to the Hairdresser's daily client appointments. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, unloading, and on-site assembly of equipment within the Kuwait Kuwait City municipal boundaries. Installation of the backwash basins, steam treatment machines, and mirror stations shall be carried out by the supplier's certified technicians. The Hairdresser establishment reserves the right to inspect all goods upon arrival and reject any items that are damaged, defective, or do not conform to the specifications stated in this Purchase Order.
4. Payment TermsPayment for this Purchase Order shall be made in accordance with the following schedule: a deposit of 30% (KWD 2,268.415) is due within five (5) business days of the supplier's written acknowledgment of this Purchase Order. The remaining 70% (KWD 5,292.968) shall be paid within fourteen (14) calendar days following successful delivery, inspection, and installation of all Hairdresser equipment at the Kuwait Kuwait City location. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. All amounts are quoted in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD). Late payment beyond the stipulated period shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in compliance with Kuwaiti commercial regulations.
5. Warranties and After-Sales SupportThe supplier guarantees that all Hairdresser equipment and consumables supplied under this Purchase Order are new, unused, and free from manufacturing defects. A minimum warranty period of twenty-four (24) months applies to all mechanical and electrical items (styling chairs, hairdryers, steam machines, and backwash units). Consumable items such as scissors, aprons, capes, and colouring kits carry a ninety (90) day defect replacement warranty. The supplier shall provide after-sales technical support and spare parts availability for a period of five (5) years from the date of installation at the Hairdresser location in Kuwait Kuwait City. Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing to the supplier's service department within the warranty period.
6. General ConditionsThis Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this document shall be resolved through the competent courts in Kuwait Kuwait City. The Hairdresser establishment (Al Noor Hairdresser & Beauty Salon) retains the right to modify, cancel, or amend this Purchase Order in writing prior to the supplier's confirmation of order acceptance. All intellectual property, branding, and trade names referenced in this document remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the procurement of Hairdresser supplies and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
